Hello,
We have used the Siemens IPC 677C successfully in the past with QNX 4.25 but now it is obsolete and has been replaced
with the Siemens IPC 677D. These units are very expensive so we would like to know before purchasing that they will
indeed work with QNX 4.25.
The specification is:
Celeron G1820TE (2C/2T, 2.2GHz, 2MB Cache)
250 GB HDD SATA
2 GB DDR3 1600 DIMM
2x PCI
HD Graphics on board (Xeon, i3: HD4600)
RAID-Controller on board
Any ideas?

graphics) are more or less compatible. Other controllers can be often supported in compatible mode. I can’t say more

using QNX 4 Install CD before purchasing then it will be guarantee that PC will work.

A have little more information for you, the USB keyboard will allow me to enter the BIOS, also when the prompt "Press F1
-F4 to select drive or select partition 1?" is displayed I can press Escape or a number and it will accept these.

USB keyboard doesn’t supported by default in QNX 4 console. Here are available variants of usage USB keyboard in QNX 4
console:
1. Do not launch io-usb and set USB Legacy mode in BIOS setup. If you need to work with USB mass storage devices you can
launch io-usb-ehci instead of io-usb.
2. Try to use new Dev.ansi that support USB keyboard in console. Read the discussion about that:

The 0x8086:0x0402 device is not supported by accelerated graphics driver. You can try Pg.flat* drivers.

I'm in contact with SIEMENS and checked the 847D 1,5 years ago.
Twogether with the QNX Support from this page I brought the PC to run using QNX4.
OK:
both Network Adapters
graphic (not accelarated! Pg.flat )
PCI slots (only one Slot can get its own Interrupt; needed for e.g. Serial Card)
USB
harddisk, CD (BIOS compatible mode)
The 847, 827, 877, 647, 627 and 677 have the same Motherboard.
They only differ in size and added Panel.
