QNX 4.25 Hardware support Nov 2014
This is the usual question that arises as time passes and old applications remain the same - New Hardware compatibility.

We're evaluating two boards for their suitability to run QNX4.25

I have the following evaluation units:
GENE-LN05 Rev. B for AEC-6612 Rev. B (ICH8M chipset)
http://www.aaeon.com/en/p/3-and-half-inch-sbc-gene-ln05-rev-b/
http://www.aaeon.com/en/p/fanless-embedded-computers-aec-6612-rev-b/

GENE-CV05 for AEC-6613 (Intel NM10 chipset)
http://www.aaeon.com/en/p/3-and-half-inch-sbc-gene-cv05/
http://www.aaeon.com/en/p/fanless-embedded-computers-aec-6613/

Using the latest install from http://www.qnx.com/download/feature.html?programid=22480
which is the ISO 2011 product suite I am getting crashes starting the Fsys.atapi and io-usb on both systems.

Results for the LN05
Fsys.atapi crash on start is D1:40B
io-usb crash on start is D1:40B

Results for the CV05
Fsys.atapi crash on start is D1:43B
io-usb crash on start is D1:43B

I did this all again direct from the install CD (above tests were done from boot images on SSD and USB)
Versions running are:
Proc32 4.25Q
Slib 4.24B
Photon 4.14B
phfontphf 4.14H
Dev 4.23G
Dev.pty 4.23G
Input 4.25C

The results were the same.

I favor the LN05 but include the CV05 results in case the different address helps identify the fault.

I am looking for tweaks, ideas, unreleased patches? And Suggestions.
Thanks
Rob

OK - the process of self help - worked.

This Proc32 seems to have resolved the issues.

Thanks All.
