I've been building systems using motherboards with chipsets compatible with Fsys.atapi. From what I can tell, I'm 
limited to chipsets that use processors of the Intel LGA775 era. Those processors have been out of production for some 
time and are becoming rare.

Is there any motherboard/processor(s) still in production that i can use ?
