Hi Hank,

1. The vbe3 is a commercial software. It contains set of loadable BIOSes for 
various graphics controllers.

2. The gr.phi is a beta software. It seems that this driver is unavailable, 
but you can ask your QNX sales team.

3. The last QNX updates don't provide updated QNX Windows drivers. All HW was 
tested with Photon graphics drivers only.
