Need help in english translation of documentation of QNX4-based open source project

Project I am talking about is Make-Effect for QNX4. 
Project is distributed under GPL and is published on SourceForge.net - http://sourceforge.net/projects/make-effect

I've made unprofessional translation of documentation on english - http://make-effect.sourceforge.net/make-effect_en/

I want to ask any natively english-spoken man to fix my spelling mistakes. It's possible to estimate amount of work 
using the url given above.

the application will jump directly to an artifact with the ID artf2345. Some valid object prefixes are:
artf	for an artifact
doc	for a document
page	for a project page
topc	for a discussion topic
wiki	for a wiki page
