Set user attributes

You can associate individual artifacts with users using user attributes.

1. Select the artifact you wish to affect either through a query or by artifact ID.
2. Scroll to the user attribute that has been included in a project group of the artifact type.
3. Associate users with the artifact by doing one of the following:
   1. If you know the username you want to associate with the artifact, enter it in the association type field.
   2. If you do not know the username or want to select more than one user click Browse users... to see a list of available users. The Browse users... button opens a dialog box with two tabs Project members and All users:
   3. Select the users you want from the Users or the Project members table by clicking the name or the checkbox next to the username if you are selecting more than one.
4. Enter an explanation for the change in the Reason field.
5. Click Save changes to finish your task.
