These tips may help you diagnose and troubleshoot some common problems you might face.

Is my system down?
A system that is down, or not responding to network requests, has a "Down" icon next to it in the host listing.
Why are my credentials rejected?
If you can't log in because your credentials are being rejected, check that the machine is running and that you still have access to it.
Why is my system unstable?
Systems may become unstable for one of two reasons: hardware or software.
Why is my system slow?
There are many useful tools and steps you can take to help diagnose problems before contacting your TeamForge Lab Management support team.
How can I speed up downloads from the Project Build Library?
The most likely source of slowness is network congestion between your computer and CollabNet's servers.
Can I check a directory every night and only download new files or files that have changed?
You can use the PBL's text or XML directory indices to detect new files and directories.
