Configure BIOS settings

While setting up HP ProLiant servers as client nodes, configure these BIOS settings for Lab Management.

1. From the System Options menu:
   1. Select Embedded NIC Port 1 PXE Support.
   2. Select Enabled (alternatively, you can choose port 2 for PXE boot if this is how you want to configure it).
2. From the Standard Boot Order (IPL) menu, move the entry for the Hard Drive below the entry for the NIC.

                           IPL 1: CD-ROM
                           IPL 2: floppy drive (A)
                           IPL 3: PCI Embedded Compaq NC3163 10/100 Fast Ethernet NIC Port 1
                           IPL 4: Hard Drive (C:) (See Boot Controller Order)
