We were wondering if QNX has the following types of login access:
1) QNX to log date/time and user ID on invalid logon attempts. 2) QNX to expire passwords and force user to change after a configurable time period. 3) QNX to lock account after a configurable period of inactivity (User has not logged on). 4) QNX to log off user account after a configurable amount of mouse or keyboard inactivity. 5) QNX to save history of last used passwords and not allow user to change password to a password used in last x (configurable) passwords. 6) QNX to contain password expiration date. 7) QNX to log successful user logon.

| Solution |
The login utility updates system accounting information, which is logged to the /etc/acclog file. For this logging to occur, the file must already exist. To enable logging, create an empty /etc/acclog file: touch /etc/acclog chmod g=,o= /etc/acclog Be advised, this file may grow to consume considerable disk space, so the file should be printed or archived on a regular basis. Please see Chapter 7 in the "Installation & Configuration" manual.
